My Method
My therapy practice is integrative, drawing from holistic and depth psychology traditions to support healing at every level — mind, body, heart, and soul. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, this approach invites a deeper exploration of who you are and how you move through the world. This is therapy that honors the whole person and trusts in your innate capacity to grow, heal, and become more fully yourself.
My primary treatment method is Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, complemented by elements of Transpersonal Therapy (including Jungian Therapy). I also integrate psychospiritual, somatic, and ecotherapy techniques. These evidence-based treatments promote heightened emotional awareness and facilitate deeper insights into thought and behavioral patterns. I encourage clients to explore existential concerns, values, and personal authenticity, with the overarching goal of fostering self-awareness, personal growth, and existential fulfillment.
What is unique about my therapy style?
I view individuals as holistic beings and recognize the interconnectedness between mind, body, and soul. Rather than solely addressing symptoms, my approach focuses on uncovering and addressing the underlying root causes of issues, which may include unresolved emotions, past traumas, lifestyle factors, and spiritual disconnection.
In our sessions, we will explore the mind-body-spirit connection using somatic practices aimed at promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and mind-body awareness. Techniques such as meditation and breathwork will be utilized to facilitate this process. When delving into the root causes of issues, we will often need to explore the deeper layers of the psyche to uncover unconscious processes, motivations, and patterns of behavior. To facilitate this exploration, I employ transpersonal therapy techniques, including guided imagery, expressive arts, metaphysical tools, dreamwork, rituals, and drawing wisdom from nature.
My therapy style is characterized by a slow and steady approach. I believe that transformation takes time and consistency. Therefore, I encourage clients to be patient with themselves throughout the therapeutic process. Honesty and transparency are essential components of our work together. I am straightforward and willing to ask the hard questions, as I believe that genuine progress in therapy requires candid self-reflection. Rest assured, I provide feedback in a constructive and caring manner, always with the best interests of my clients at heart.
