Group Work
Group work involves facilitating therapeutic interventions and interactions within a group setting, typically consisting of 5 to 15 members. The group may focus on specific themes such as anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, grief, interpersonal skills, or personal growth. Group work offers a supportive, collaborative, and transformative experience where members can learn, grow, and heal together in a structured and facilitated environment.

This is an 8-week experiential group to help people learn tools for coping with grief and create practices to honor your loss. This group is focused on healing grief and remembering loved ones through ritual. This group meets in person.
Resilient Hearts

Theme: Ancestral Lineage Healing

Cost: $50 per session/ $300 pay in full
This is an 8-week experiential group to help people reclaim their heritage, reconnect to their lineage, and heal ancestral wounds. This group is for people who are BIPOC, multiracial and/or adoptees. This group meets in person.
Nature Talks

Theme: Libra Energy - Connection & Balance
Day & Time: Saturday (9a-3p)
Cost: $75
This is an 1-day experiential workshop to help people learn to reconnect with nature. The group is held outside at a local park and focuses on an understanding of the wisdom of nature. This group meets in person at a local nature space.
