Work Environment:
Twelfth House Wellness LLC is a soul-centered integrative therapy practice. We are looking to cultivate a group practice of depth-oriented, innovative clinicians. Our practice is trauma-informed, anti-oppression focused, and committed to innovative and unconventional modalities. Our method bridges science and soul work to guide people in reconnecting with parts of themselves they have become disconnected from — such as intuition, spirituality, creativity, and their own inner wisdom.
Our goal is to build a safe and affirming environment for clinicians and clients to explore realms of the unconscious, the unseen, dreams, grief, compassion, and the liminal spaces of healing. We are looking for clinicians who align with this mission and are seeking to develop their skills in holistic care, including somatic work, ecotherapy, depth-oriented/transpersonal approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Specific population needs include couples therapy, LGBTQ+-affirming care, college-age clients, and older adults. Our practice emphasizes community connection and collective healing through group therapy, non-clinical group work, community gatherings, and events. Clinicians must be open and willing to facilitate group work with clients a few times per year.
This position is a W-2 employee (not contract), is office based (no homebased services), with an ethical group of clinicians. In-office or telehealth-based services are available. Clients are private-pay or private insurance (insurance that allow supervisory billing). We would love for you to consider joining our group as we continue to develop and grow our practice.
